A Mad Scientist is plotting to destroy Manhattan to reclaim the land for his people. Lois Lane is on hand reporting with Clark Kent nowhere to be found when the action starts. Superman saves the day and Manhattan with Lois already solidifying her infatuation for Superman in this early cartoon.
