I'm still not a big fan of paying for 320x240 movies, but at least Apple is fighting for better pricing. According to The Movie Blog, Apple is pushing hard to get all Hollywood movies at $9.99, while the studios want to see some films priced as high as $19.99 at their discretion. Pretty stupid on the part of the studios, considering the image quality is less than DVD with no physical inventory issues. On the cusp of a high definition movie universe, it seems like both sides are out of line for sub-par content.
