I'm no constitutional scholar, but I have a basic understanding of my rights as a citizen of the United States. Fundamental among those rights are the first 10 amendments that make up the Bill of Rights. Apparently teachers aren't getting through in government class these days, because a recent CNN article indicates most students don't grasp the significance of freedom of speech.
